Bruno Gebara Stephano

Bruno is part of Tarpon’s Legal Team since June, 2008. Bruno is involved in the structuring of private equity deals and in the analysis of legal aspects of the public equity companies. Bruno is also member of the Compliance Committee and performs general legal services for the Company. Prior to that, he worked at Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr. e Quiroga Advogados focusing on M&A and capital markets.

Bruno majored in Law at the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.
